Boring story, typical boring all-the-same sidequests, you try “Corporate” and 10 minutes in you’re not a corporate anymore and it’s the same on-rails story. A joke of a game. I can only imagine being a hyped kid, waiting for this crap, and then getting all the day-1 bugs on top of it… There’s even something wrong with the cyberpunk atmosphere, it’s more like a vaporwave atmosphere. “Batman: Arkham Knight” is more cyberpunk than this bullshit, and it’s more fun, as crazy as that sounds. - 🤢⏹Dark Souls: Remastered (2018) PC

The photogrammetry is crazy, but it’s wasted on the design decisions about the gameplay. Bugs aside, it uses the geometry of the 3D mesh of the wall to calculate everything. That is fine but you can’t just use that method alone. To be a fully simulative game, it would need an entirely different approach. 3D “helpers” for the engine should be placed manually around the wall, to specify some holds, climbing techniques to use, surface quality for the feet, etc. It’s time consuming, but it’s the only way. Pro: The “Dark Souls” for “Final Fantasy” fans. It also reminds me of “Chaos Legion”. Wonderful mix of genres: RPG, rogue-like, Souls-like, slash ’em up, shooter, fantasy, post-apocalyptic. Amazing settings and enemies. Top notch sound design. OCD-satisfying looting. The Hunter class is fun. Insane difficulty, but in an arcade-structured gameplay (you don’t lose progress). Outstanding performance on old PCs. • Cons: MRB bug that prevents aiming. The riddles with the bells. Short campaign, unless DLC. If you like watching those 1-hour-walk-in-Tokyo type of videos, you can use this as the video game equivalent. Walking is even the default method of moving, and there is a first person view too. There are a lot of restaurants and shops that you can go in, and a lot of minigames. The game itself is out-of-its-mind and fun and has a ton of content. The side quests are going to make you laugh a lot. There’s even a part where you’re a bum. I also appreciate the whole recurring Dragon Quest “thing”. It doesn’t make sense, though, to play through the whole stupid boring story and its cringey drawn-out cutscenes and dialogues. - ⭐Yeti Sports Flash games

Pro: best available rally sim (excluding ancient games). Nice physics and sense of speed, amazing performance and graphics on old systems, great car models. Turning your head right and seeing the navigator following the notes with the index finger is funny and immersive. • Cons: Your mum has more locations; no one cares about cross-rally. No free-roam map like in WRC, only the Dirtfish map, ridiculously-closed by metallic fences because having some roads into the forest is of course too much to ask. Time of day and track conditions can only be set for certain tracks. Can’t set rain or night, WTF? The infamous “crinale” in the ITA translation for the blind type of “dosso”, which forces you to use the English navigator. - 👍Eleven Table Tennis (2016)
